• Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect personal information such as your first name, profile photo, gender, age, and email address. This helps personalize your experience on NOITE and ensures authenticity.

• Location Data: We collect your location only while the app is open and active. This allows us to calculate your distance to venues and other users, and personalize in-app interactions. You can control location permissions in your device settings.

• Usage Data: We collect technical and behavioral data such as device type, operating system, app usage patterns, interaction history, and feature engagement to improve app performance and user experience.

• Predefined Reports and Interactions: All Reports (crowd levels, music, etc.), Kudos, and in-app actions are submitted using fixed options. We store this structured data to power app features and maintain quality.
   

2. How We Use Your Information

• To monitor behavior and detect potential misuse or abuse

• To communicate essential updates, support, or service changes via the in-app chat

• With Service Providers: We use third-party platforms (e.g., Firebase, analytics tools) to host data, monitor usage, and provide app functionality. These providers only access your data as necessary to support our services.

• With Other Users: Some in-app actions, such as Reports and Kudos, may be visible to others inside the app. We do not expose your email or private information.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal processes.
   

4. Your Privacy Choices

• Location Access: You can revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings. This may impact app functionality.

• Profile Controls: You can update or delete your account, profile photo, or preferences in the app settings.

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account within the app. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be removed or anonymized, as required by law.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against breaches.
 

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain a safe platform. Inactive accounts or deleted users are periodically purged.

NOITE is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old in Latin America or Europe, and 21 in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under these ages. If such data is identified, it will be deleted.
 

8. Third-Party Services

NOITE includes links to third-party services (e.g., Instagram, Uber, Google Maps) for user convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of these external sites.
 

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards to maintain data protection standards.
 

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the in-app Conversation channel.
 

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If major changes are made, you’ll be notified within the app. Continued use of NOITE means you accept the updated policy.
